Digital products — please read before purchasing.

Because our products are digital items delivered instantly by download, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once download or access has begun, in line with UK and EU consumer regulations for digital content. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you acknowledge that you are receiving the digital content immediately and that your right to cancel is waived at that point. As a result, we do not generally offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded.

When we will help
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any of the following apply, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at pwaso7140@outlook.com and we will put it right:

• Your download link is not working or you did not receive access to your files.
• The file is corrupted, faulty, or significantly different from its description.
• You were charged incorrectly or purchased the same item twice by mistake.

In these cases we will first work to resend or repair your files, and where we cannot resolve the issue we will provide a refund.

What is not covered
We are unable to offer refunds because a product has been downloaded and the buyer changed their mind, because you do not have the right software to edit the file (our listings state what is required), or because of a lack of familiarity with the design tool used. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs, please contact us before buying — we are happy to help.
