How do I receive my files?
All products are digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If it doesn't appear, check your spam or promotions folder, then email me at pwaso7140@outlook.com.

What format are the files?
Products are supplied as high-resolution PNG files, and printables also include a print-ready PDF. The file types for each product are listed on its page.

Can I edit the templates?
The files are high-resolution images designed to be used as they are or dropped into your favourite editor to add your own text. Please check each product description for what's included before buying — if you're unsure whether something suits your needs, just ask.

Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, I don't generally offer refunds once files have been downloaded. But if your download isn't working, a file is faulty, or something isn't as described, contact me within 14 days and I'll put it right. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Can I use these for my business?
Yes. Your purchase includes a personal licence to use the designs for your own personal or business social media content. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
